What do we need to have a healthy immune system? Well let us look at our eating habits, do we eat what we like or are we aware of the danger of some of the food that we put in our mouth. Do we have the attitude we all going to die so live your life to the full. When a disease strike you ask why me, why not you, you ask for it. What can you do to avoid being a victim of a disease?

Good eating habits- Eat lots of raw fruit and vegetables, especially green leafy vegetables, they have the richest source of minerals. They have a rich supply of sodium, calcium, alkaline organic salts, best source of chlorophyll, and small quantities of the highest grade of protein minerals and vitamin A and C.

Raw fruit have the highest glucose content, it contains natural sugars for instant energy, contains fibre, vitamins, minerals and enzymes. These elements provide a rich source of calcium phosphorus, sulphur, iron and magnesium. The vitamin C found in fruits is an infection fighter and protects you against pollutants like lead, mercury and food additives.

Change from white bread and rice to brown bread and rice. Slow down on dairy products, especially eggs and butter. Avoid acid forming food like – puddings, fried foods, walnuts, jam, malt, sweeteners, beer, cola, hazelnuts, table salt, ice cream, soybean, beef, hops, soft drinks, processed cheese, lobster, sugar, barely, cottonseed oil and pheasant. An acidic body is the cause of diseases.

Avoid eating to much animal flesh, if we get in to much protein from meat out body get overcharged with the poisonous by products of protein metabolism, which can not eliminated and leave a large residues of acid ash in the blood thus resulting in diseases.

Don’t let coffee and tea drinking became a habit and a way of life, to the point where it is beginning to constitute a serious health hazard. Caffeine is a stimulant (irritant) to the central nervous system, as well as being addictive. Caffeine affects the heart and can raise blood pressure, as well as speed up the mental processes, causing sleeplessness, increase cholesterol, diabetes and gastric ulcers.

Go slow on alcohol it is a destructive action upon the tissues leads to many physical illnesses. It corrodes the linings of the liver, intestines and stomach. Tendency towards forming vile habits and indulging in violent action, extreme depression and lethargy are other disorders that afflict drinkers progressively. Be safe rather drink up to 8 glasses of water a day.

Be careful with supplements. An overdose of mineral supplement can affect the absorption of other minerals. Access consumption can result in the same symptoms as caused by a deficiency of the same vitamins and minerals. Synthetic vitamins are produced in a laboratory and cannot be used at all by the body. When we rely on one particular mineral or vitamin supplementation, we create imbalances harmful to the body.

Be aware of the danger of prescribed medicine, medicine is more dangerous than diseases. People believe that there is a pill for every illness under the sky. Addiction to prescribed and over the counter medicine has severe symptoms which are difficult to cure. Stay away rather uses natural ways to cure ailments.

Exercise regularly you don’t need to do a strenuous work out at the Gym, just go walking, use stairs instead of elevators, and join a dancing club.

Last but not least– avoid stress the bible tells us in Proverbs 14 verse 30 that a calm heart is the life of the fleshly organism.
