Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, for our digital products / digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
As for as our physical products are concerned, refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase. It’s the sole responsibility of the customer to send back the damaged physical product at your own cost by mail or courier whatever it may be. In case of refund, shipping charges will not be refunded.
